Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If there are delays due to high order volume or supply chain issues, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping: 7-21 business days (customs processing may cause additional delays).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery, but you didn’t receive your order, please contact the carrier.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Free from damage, unless it arrived defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened personal care products (e.g., creams, braces, supplements).

 

Final sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at drrolandkbrim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 30 days.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

 

If you need a different size or replacement, email us at drrolandkbrim@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days for a free replacement or refund.
